Weekly or Monthly payments are made directly to you, representing a pro-rata share of your total investment and the percentage return agreed upon based on the investment duration. This structure guarantees that you receive regular returns on your capital, helping you track your profits and cash flow smoothly.

Maintenance

All vehicle maintenance costs during the contract period are the sole responsibility of the driver. This includes expenses for fueling, routine maintenance, repairs, and the replacement of any parts. Drivers are required to service the vehicles only at our designated repair shops to ensure quality and compliance.

By assigning maintenance duties to the drivers, we fully indemnify you, the investor, from any additional costs related to the upkeep of the vehicles. This structure guarantees that your investment remains financially protected from unexpected outlays that could otherwise affect profitability.

Insurance

Initially, the vehicles must be comprehensively insured, with the cost covered by you, the investor. This safeguards your fleet from any unforeseen damages or accidents. After the first insurance period, the ongoing insurance costs will be transferred to the driver, reducing your financial responsibility while maintaining protection for the vehicles.

Licensing and Registration: Vehicle licensing and registration are crucial for getting the cars on the road and legally operational. By incorporating these expenses into the initial investment, we create a clear and streamlined financial structure, ensuring the drivers understand their responsibilities while protecting your investment from the start.

Security

To further protect your investment, GSC Fleet Managers will regularly track the vehicles. However, car trackers must be installed on each vehicle, and the initial installation cost, along with yearly renewals, will be borne by the investor. These trackers ensure the safety of your fleet, allowing for constant monitoring of vehicle locations. Should you wish, you can even track the movements of your vehicles remotely, giving you additional control and transparency.

This system not only secures your investment but also optimizes fleet performance by preventing misuse and ensuring drivers follow their designated routes. The yearly renewal of the trackers guarantees the service remains active and reliable, protecting your assets for the long term.
